'Cats deafened by Oro Thunder #1
The Wildcats hosted the Oro Thunder #1 on Sunday 14 December, falling 2-8. Coldwater's first goal was placed by Ethan Ledebrink, assisted by Rune Skogstad and Nolan Atkinson; the follow-up was bagged by Aidan Aigeldinger, assisted by Tanner Thomson and Kieran Givens. Alas, Oro was unrelenting, sealing the fateful finish.
On Saturday 20 December, Oro brought Coldwater onto their newly-reopened ice and planted another Thunder clap on our boys, netting a 6-nil win. As the #3 team in the division, they showed no mercy, avoiding our defenses to pound on Nolan Atkinson who was charged with facing down their attacks in both games.
