A Lil Bit of Everything.
The Atom Rep Wildcats had a busy weekend again and came out with a tie, a win and a loss.
It all started with us traveling to Creemore. Creemore came out scoring first and Zachary Eaton tied it up at the end of the first. We ended up taking the lead in the third but couldn't hold it and with :47 left Creemore tied it up 3-3
Zachary Eaton had 1 goal and Jordyn Laughlin had 2 goals.
Next up, we were traveling to Honeywood to take on The Hurricanes. The home team came out scoring first but with a great shot from Ben Simpson it tied us up. The third period we came out scoring first to brake the tied and didn't stop, we got the win 4-2!! Points went to Ben Simpson with 2 goals, Jordyn Laughlin 1 goal 2 assists, Brock Muise 1 goal and Aidan silk 1 assist. Everyone played so well and as a team, it was a great game to watch!
Last, after playing away for a few weeks we were finally at Home to take on The Muskoka Rock. The first period was not our friend and we found ourselves down 5-1 The Cats just couldn't get that back and ended up losing 6-3
Owen Lamoureux had 2 goals 1 assist, Jordyn Laughlin had 1 goal 2 assists and Aidan Silk had 2 assists.
Josh Laughlin was great between the pipes, Keep up the great work Josh!
