At this time we have taken the cost of our ice rentals, insurance, OMHA fees, referees and scorekeeping for the shortened season and divided by the number of registered players. The fees equate to $218.00 per player. We have therefore changed the season fees for 2020/21 to $218.00 resulting in a credit in most accounts.
We are asking that you direct us as to how you would like your accounts handled.
There is a tab at the top of the website for refund form.
There are essentially 3 options:
1. Request a refund of funds that have been paid over and above the $218.00 fees. This option will result in us sending you a cheque at the end of February.
2. Leave credit on account for the next season. This option will automatically register your player for next season when the registration comes open in June at the lowest rate; including early bird discount. The perk to this option is that we will also credit your account an additional $25.00 in thanks if your account is sitting with a $200+ credit.
3. If your player is not returning next season you can donate your credit. A tax receipt will be provided.
