CMHA Bottle and Electronics Drive Results
Submitted By mroemer on Wed 11 20, 13
This past weekend was the CMHA Bottle and Electronics drive. Wildcats collected hundreds of empties and thousands of pounds electronics in our first fundraiser of the 2013-14 Season.

For the Bottle drive, the Atom Rep team managed to hold off steep
competition to come in first with an more than impressive total of
$778.   Tyke 2 and Novice Rep were separated by a mere $5, virtually
tied for second place with $470 each.

The Atom Rep, Novice Rep, and Tyke 2 teams accounted for %87 of all empties collected. Based on this hard work, it has been decided by the fundraising committee, that all three teams will receive the $50 prize.  These teams deserve a big thanks from everyone in the CMHA.

The association collected a total of $1970.05!!!

The electronics bin was crammed to the doors with 6060 lbs of
computers, monitors and every other type of electronics imaginable.
This should convert to around $500 for the association once it is processed by Geep.

Thanks to all the players, parents and coaches that organized pickups of
bottles and electronics.
Thanks to the fund raising committee members that helped out both days
at the rink.
Thanks to Severn township for allowing the big green electronics bin in the lot.
