CMHA Hosts a Skate-A-Thon
Coldwater Wildcats Skate-A-Thon was a HUGE success!! Our association raised over $4000 dollars during our Skate-A-Thon. This money will be used to help keep hockey affordable for our local athletes.
So many “Thank You’s” to share, Michele Clark and Mandi Burbidge for the idea of the skate a thon, Gillian Eaton for making the amazing posters, Second Century Sports & Karen Aigeldinger for our prizes for the top pledges, North River Contracting Services and Decola Windows and Doors for full sponsorship of the ice rental costs, Staci Roemer for making cotton candy, Mabel Moon for the wonderful face painting and Coldwater Lions Club for BBQ’ing lunch.
Our top pledge winner was Ethan Cright, raising $400!! Travis Bell came in second with a pledge amount of $240.Our top pledge team was Atom Rep, collecting $1008 in total. Atom Rep has won a team bowling party with pizza.Jim Rankin won the Team Officials prize for highest pledges, raising $125

Finally, a huge Thank You to the Midland Jr C Flyers. Jake Norton, Noah Serre, Christian Forget, Jared Aube and Curtis Anderson for coming out and skating with the players.
