Jr IP, 2013-2014 (Coldwater Minor Hockey Association)

Hope everyone enjoyed the early ice sections in Midland the past 2 weekends.  This year our IP early ice schedule was compressed into 2 weekend due to ice availability.  So at this point we have had the same 4 hrs of ice as the kids received last year.  The current forecast for ice in Coldwater, is the second week of October (one week after the fair).  Please keep an eye on the Web Site for updates.  One date to note on your schedule is picture night, Oct 15th. If your child was born in 2008 and is registered in a Canadian minor hockey association, he or she is eligible to receive a free Bauer 2100 youth hockey helmet from Chevrolet. The 2013/2014 hockey helmet registration will open in the summer of 2013 (for children born in 2008) but you may pre-register now so you can be reminded by email when the program launches. Just some information for new IP/Tyke Players...... -Click here for a list of required equipment. -Ice time usually starts in September and most likely will be in Midland (the ice doesn't get put in the Coldwater Arena until after the Fall Fair.) Once sheduled, the ice times will be on the website. -Once the ice is in Coldwater the ice times will be on Tuesday nights and Saturday mornings.
