Coldwater Wildcats Tyke #2 are "A" Championship Winners at Stayner Tournament.

Our game this morning against Oro #3 is cancelled due to problems with the ice plant at the arena.  We will contact you in regards to the rescheduled date.

Tyke 2 started off our regular season league play with a hard fought win today. Trent continued his winning ways between the pipes, stopping a lot of breakaways and steering the puck into the corners.  Alex started the scoring again this week, getting our team into gear! Ethan also added a break away goal in the first period for his first goal of the season.  Ethan also had three assists, played an awesome game, made great passes and stopped a lot of plays to earn him the Tyke 2 player of the game.  Marcus earned 6 goals for his efforts.   Each player once again made great ...

On Sunday November 24th we played an exhibition game against Coldwater Tyke 1.  It was a great game for both teams and was excellent hockey to watch.  Trent was outstanding between the pipes for Tyke 2 and collected his first win of the season.  Tyke 1 held us off from scoring in the first period.  Alex netted two goals in the second period and that got our team rolling.  Marcus put six pucks past the line to complete the 8-4 score.  This was a true team effort as every player made their mark by helping with an assist.  Congratulations Tyke 2!!

Our first fundraiser of the season was a complete success.  Tyke 2 managed to collect $470.55 in empties for our bottle drive.  This landed us in third place.  The fundraising committee decided to give the top three teams a $50.00 prize for all of the effort.  Way to go Tyke 2!!!
