Atom LL Home Tourney a Success!!
An early Saturday morning for our Atom LL team and their families as we prepared for our home ice tournament!! Game 1 saw Coldwater meet up with Barrie which did not end in our favour as we were outplayed with a score of 9 to 0.
Game 2 against Creeemore saw 2 fantastic goals from the team of Kyle Zulak assisted by Jack Straw both times! Wes Laughlin took the loss in net but a closer finish of 3 to 2 for Creeemore.
The afternoon did not change our luck as we were beaten by Penetang 5 to 3. Our goals were scored 2 by Zulak and 1 by Straw with assists from Hope Anderson and Straw.
Although success in the games evaded us the parents and tournament coordinator, Richard, ran a great day with high accolades from the 7 visiting teams. Fun was had by all players and parents!!
