COACH EVALUATIONS
Please take a few minutes to evaluate your coaching/bench staff for the 2016/17 season.  These evaluations are used to further determine our strengths and weaknesses on the bench as seen from the player/parents point of view. 
On the CMHA webpage under RESOURCES there is a link to the online form that will ask you a series of questions.  We have made the form anonymous this year in hopes that we will receive greater participation.  Please feel free to voice any concerns and or issues in this forum but do keep in mind that all bench staff are volunteers.
